We collect only what we need to pack an order, deliver it, and answer questions about it.

What we collect
- Order details — your name, delivery address, phone number and email, and what you ordered.
- Account details — if you create an account, the same details plus your saved addresses and order history.
- Payment details — handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded; we never see or store your full card or UPI credentials.
- Technical data — your IP address and browser information, recorded by the server, and cookies needed to keep your bag and login working.
Why we use it
To take payment, pack and dispatch your order, let you track it, handle returns and breakage claims, keep tax and accounting records, and reply when you contact us. We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
- Couriers — your name, address and phone number, so the parcel can be delivered.
- Our payment provider — to take and, where needed, refund payment.
- Our hosting provider — which stores the site and its database on our behalf.
We also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and company law requires. Account details are kept until you ask us to close the account. Enquiry emails are kept while the matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to prabhuprasad.store@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can also see and edit your own details under My account.
Cookies
The site sets cookies that are necessary for it to work — remembering your bag, keeping you logged in, and carrying your session through checkout. Blocking these in your browser will stop checkout from working.
