How much does delivery cost?
Shipping is free on orders ₹999 and above, or ₹79 below ₹999. Cash on delivery adds ₹40 handling. Your cart and checkout show the total before you order.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days within Gujarat and 4–7 working days elsewhere in India after dispatch. Festival periods may take longer. Read the delivery information and contact us before ordering for a specific date.
Can I order without an account?
Yes. You can check out as a guest. Keep your confirmation email: your order number and billing email let you check the order status later.
Which payment methods can I use?
Cash on delivery is currently available. The payment options offered for your order are shown at checkout.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Send photographs of the item and outer packaging within 48 hours of delivery. Read returns & cancellations for damage, wrong items, missing items and refund details.
