These terms apply when you order from Prabhu Prasad, the store of Shree Salangpur Hanumanji Mandir.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we send you a confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund that item in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed. Currently, cash on delivery is available within India. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Cash-on-delivery orders carry a handling charge shown at checkout.
Delivery
We dispatch from Salangpur within 24 hours of a confirmed order and currently deliver only within India. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; courier delays and festival weeks can extend them. Full details are on Shipping & delivery.
Returns, cancellations and refunds
Set out in full on Returns & cancellations, which forms part of these terms. In short: breakage in transit is replaced free on photo proof within 48 hours; consumables and worn items cannot be returned once opened; orders can be cancelled free before dispatch.
Product descriptions
Many items are hand-finished, so colour, grain and finish vary a little from piece to piece. Sizes and weights are given as accurately as we can. Screen colours differ between devices.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and for orders placed through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Botad, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute.
