Damaged in transit
Send a photograph of the item and the outer box within 48 hours of delivery to prabhuprasad.store@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 81400 09598. We reship free of charge — no return pickup needed for broken items.
Wrong or missing item
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will send the correct item or refund it in full, including any shipping you paid.
Cancellations
An order can be cancelled free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Once a parcel has left Salangpur it cannot be cancelled, but it can be refused at delivery.
What cannot be returned
Prasad, prasadi jal, mukhwas, sarbat and other consumables cannot be returned once the seal is broken, unless they arrived damaged. Kanthi, madardi and other items worn on the body can only be returned unopened.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer.
